The Bulgarian-German association Lymes-Consulting Ltd. was founded on the 26th February 1992 with its headquarters domiciled in Sofia. The firm has three main directions in its activities:
consulting work in the field of the economy and management;
trade representation of foreign firms;
engineering project work.
Initially the firm opened a branch-office in Cologne, trade agencies in Kiev and Dolinskaya (Ukraine), Bishkek (Kirghizia), Alma Ati (Kazakhstan), Bourgas (Bulgaria). Due to the restructuring of the company with specialisation in the field of satellite communications these offices were closed later.
